When Operation: Bugbear concluded, it was determined that #5 had been contained and no longer inhabited or had access to the internet or non-specific hardware.

Nearly two months after the conclusion of Operation: Bugbear, across many developed nations, unsanctioned launch vehicles were suddenly revealed. In over 100 thought to be derelict factories, roofs were blown off and rockets appeared briefly on the ground and then launched.

Of the 100 launches, 3 were contained or failed to leave the atmosphere. 97 launches successfully left the Earth's gravity well, and launched payloads towards a number of near-Earth objects - asteroids, comets and planetoids.
